Warranty
Warranty Period
Leitzeit watches are covered by a limited warranty for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the warranty card or product page. Please keep your proof of purchase, as it may be required to confirm coverage.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a covered issue is found, Leitzeit may repair, replace, or inspect the watch at its discretion after reviewing the claim.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, loss, theft, or damage caused by failure to follow the care instructions in the Owner’s Guide. Water damage caused by improper use, neglect, or exposure beyond the model’s stated water-resistance rating is also not covered.
Damage to the date mechanism caused by improper adjustment during restricted hours, as described in the Owner’s Guide, is not covered. Strap wear, cosmetic aging, and other parts subject to normal use may also be excluded unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- Your order number, if available.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photos or video showing the defect or malfunction.
Once the claim is reviewed, Leitzeit will provide the next steps. If the watch must be returned for inspection, it should be securely packaged to prevent additional damage during transit.
Shipping Responsibility
Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise confirmed by Leitzeit after review.
Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior approval or a valid claim reference may be refused or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. To avoid delays, please wait for confirmation before shipping any item back to Leitzeit.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping times vary depending on destination, carrier availability, and customs clearance where applicable.
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Damage
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please report the issue within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos and order details. Prompt reporting helps Leitzeit review the claim and work toward a resolution more efficiently.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
If a package is returned to Leitzeit because the customer refuses to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees, original shipping charges and any return costs may be deducted from the refund. Leitzeit is not responsible for delays, holds, or returns caused by customs processing or incomplete recipient information.
